I began my professional journey in a technical engineering environment and later learned the fundamentals of customer relationships, operations and accountability in my family business.
In 2015, I founded EASY SERVE Communication with a simple belief: business communication should be easier to understand, easier to implement and more accountable for results. That belief grew into a CPaaS and business messaging company serving organisations across India.
Today, my work spans communication technology, AI-enabled workflows, partnerships, teaching and founder communities. I stay close to the real problem—how a business connects with its customers at the right moment, through the right channel.
